I just wanted to let you know how nice it has been working with you and your staff these past months. Everyone has been so helpful and available to answer my questions or help me with any technical difficulties I have had even if it didn't involve you (and we all know I have had a few).

I have also been impressed that my suggestions or even questions at times are always considered and if feasible they have been implemented or are in the process of being implemented. I appreciate all of the work you and your wonderful staff have put into making this work for both us.

Well we certainly try. Ours is a seemingly simple industry, in fact it should be simple. But it takes hundreds of moving parts jus to find guests, move them into the home, move them out, complete hospitality grade cleaning and then it all over again. Day and after - Kylee.
